Returns and Exchanges
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
A full refund will be provided or a replacement item will be reshipped.
What if I change my mind?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of item. The item must then be returned via registered mail and a refund will be issued for the cost of the item (in Australian dollars at the currant exchange rate). Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Payments
What if I don't have a paypal account?
Paypal is the secured checkout system used on this website. You do not need to have an account to pay using this system and can chose the option of payment using your credit card.
What currency will I be charged?
All prices are in Australian dollars and overseas purchases will be converted at the current exchange rate.
Can I arrange a lay-by or a payment plan?
Yes, I accept layby on original paintings. If you would like to discuss this option please send me an email.
