This is an archival PRINT of an original painting by artist Belinda Joynes. The original painting was inspired by the idea of the bear goddess that appears in numerous cultures. The Greek moon goddess of the hunt, Artemis (Diana), was a bear goddess who presided over all of Nature. She was a protector of animals, and had attendants called arktoi, or “bear girls.”

* It will come in a plastic sleeve to protect it from the weather and inside a flat cardboard mailer.
* This print is printed on Epson Heavyweight Archival Matte Paper with Archival Epson Claria Inks.In the case of items arriving damaged, a full refund will be issued.
